Pibau Preseli are a Pembrokeshire based four piece pipes and drums band. New on the scene in 2004, their music is a unique blend of Celtic dance grooves backed by medieval style beats.

They have performed to wide acclaim at the Fishguard Folk Festival, Machynlleth Beltane Celebration, Small Nations Festival and Pembroke Music Festival.

Pibau Preseli are:

Peni Ediker; Gaita Galega, Breton Oboe, Welsh Pibgorn.

John Tose; Welsh Bagpipes.

Stef Balesi; Side drum, Crwth.

Jez King; Bass drum.

Peni has been on the West Wales music scene for many years, piping with Headmix Collective, Pibau Pencader and latterly with Stef and Jez in The Mordekkers. John is well known for his work as a pipe maker and from piping with Pibau Pencader and Pibe Bach. Together they present a mixture of Welsh, Breton, Galician and French traditional dance tunes as well as others of their own composition, and are currently recording their debut cd.
